1Introduction & Acceptance

3Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate on okgo1. We take a strict stance against underage gaming. Any account found to have been registered with a false age will be terminated and all balances forfeited.

• Users outside Bangladesh are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of their own country.
• Okgo1 may request age verification documents at any time.
• Individuals on government or prohibited lists are not permitted to use okgo1.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits on okgo1 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Set limits apply to each deposit and withdrawal and may be revised from time to time.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• The payment number used for withdrawals must match the registered number on your account.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly; applicable wagering requirements must be met first.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit, okgo1 reserves the right to reclaim that amount.
• Any transaction may be suspended if money laundering or illegal activity is suspected.

5Bonuses & Promotions

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, once on their first deposit.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement — typically 15 to 30 times the bonus amount.

• Bonus validity is typically 7 days; any unused bonus will expire after this period.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts from the same household or IP address is prohibited.

6Gaming Rules

All games on the okgo1 platform are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, meaning every outcome is completely random and never predetermined. Please keep the following rules in mind while playing:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, that round will be voided and the bet amount refunded.

8Account Suspension & Termination

Okgo1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breaching any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• When an investigation is required due to suspicious or unusual transactions.
• Upon direction from law enforcement authorities.
• When self-exclusion has been activated at the user's own request.

If an account is closed and a valid balance remains, it will be returned after verification. However, balances may be forfeited if the closure is due to prohibited activity.

9Limitation of Liability

Okgo1 strives to provide the safest and most reliable service possible, though certain situations beyond our control may occasionally occur.
